The food was delicious our waiter Michael was so nice a recommended the spicy beef ramen an he was so right it was like eating menudo an ramen sooo good, my mother had a fried California roll an I had the avocado roll. It was all so very good would highly recommend. An the best part when you finish your noodles they have 4 dollar refills for noodles if you still have broth left I’ll definitely be coming back to try all flavors and also uploading a facebook short to promote them, well done to all the staff

In Lawton for work, didn’t think I would find a good ramen spot. Decided to give it a try, and glad I did. Fantastic ramen spot! Broth is rich and flavorful, noodles cooked perfectly. The portion was good, just enough to feel like you’re full but not stuffed. Cozy vibe with friendly, fast service. A go-to for satisfying, authentic ramen! I also got the tuna sushi roll and it was good and fresh.

This is by far one of the best Ramen houses I’ve been to. The food is absolutely to die for. The service is fantastic; we had Michael as our server and he was kind, attentive, & hilarious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. We got the Takoyaki (forgot to take a picture we were so hungry) but we also got a bunch of sushi, ramen, matcha mochi, & boba tea.

Fresh and delicious! Sampled several appetizers and enjoyed the Miso Ramen as my entree tonight. Everything was spot on. Service from Tajanea was excellent and the manager, Sara, stopped by the table to find out what we thought about the food and service. The place was packed, yet the service wasn't lacking at all. The owners have done a nice job converting what was a fast food restaurant into a much better atmosphere for this type of restaurant, but the food was so good that it is honestly worthy of a classier location. We will be back!

I'm so excited that we finally got a ramen restaurant. No more having to drive 45 min. to Wichita Falls, TX or hour n 15 min. to OKC. Literally jus walk out my back yard. Everything from the appetizers, boba tea, char siu bau bun, to the cooked and non cooked sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi and ramen were so delicious and full of flavor. Only thing I didn't like during my first visit w/ my ohana (family) was the crab rangoon here unfortunately is mostly cream cheese filling, and the ramen is served in less broth than we are accustomed to. Other than that definitely my new go-to sushi and ramen place here in Lawton.

This is a cool spot. I thought it was fast food but it is a sit down restaurant. We tried the spicy beef bowl and Santander bowl. Both of them were good but we liked the spicy beef better. Well definitely go back. There is so much more to try.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, adding a special touch to our celebration. As for the food, it was absolutely fantastic. Each dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were evident in every bite. We especially loved [mention any standout dishes you had]—they were simply exquisite. Overall, Hokkaido provided a perfect atmosphere for a special occasion. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and can't wait to return for another wonderful meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch service and delicious food

This new sushi and ramen spot definitely offers a mixed bag, but with enough bright spots to warrant a return visit. The crab ragoons were a balance of crispiness on the outside and a lovely, creamy interior without tipping over into too much sweetness. The goyza were perfectly acceptable, hitting the standard notes without being particularly memorable. However, the takoyaki was a flavor explosion! The savory batter, tender octopus, and that delightful dance of the fish flakes on top made it a standout dish. Moving on to the main event, the sushi was undeniably creamy and rich, hinting at high-quality ingredients and skillful preparation. It left a satisfying impression. The atmosphere presented a bit of a contrast. The decorations were undeniably cute and trendy, creating a visually appealing space. Unfortunately, the furnishings seemed a little tired and didn't quite live up to the fresh aesthetic of the decor. Despite this minor drawback, the waiter, Michael, was a real asset to the restaurant. He was incredibly attentive, always checking in without being intrusive, and displayed remarkable patience in answering all of our questions. Their excellent service truly enhanced the dining experience. Overall, while there are a couple of areas for improvement, the delicious appetizers and sushi, coupled with the fantastic service, make this a place I'd happily visit again.
